Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Global Quest Consulting Group, Inc.
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our management team by performing various administrative tasks. Your duties will include reporting to management, processing reports and documents, filing, data entry, and liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders.
You will also be responsible for directing calls, emails, and faxes to designated departments, arranging appointments, meetings, and events, and monitoring office supplies. Additionally, you will maintain databases and ensure that all records are up-to-date and accurate.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as exceptional interpersonal skills. You must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have a basic understanding of office equipment.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
