Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Trinity Workforce Solution Inc.
About the RoleThis is a challenging opportunity for a professional who can provide administrative support in various capacities, including data entry, correspondence, and paperwork. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing calendars, and handling day-to-day office tasks with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional administrative support to ensure seamless operation of the office
- Manage paperwork, documents, and other administrative tasks efficiently
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments as needed
- Develop and implement effective systems for record-keeping and filing
- Bachelor's degree in any field; preferably in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with paper work and office procedures is preferred
The ideal candidate will be based in MOA Pasay City and must be willing to work ASAP. We offer a competitive salary package, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Compensation:The estimated salary for this position is around P250,000 - P300,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include opportunities for professional growth and development, a dynamic and supportive work environment, and a comprehensive compensation package.
