Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Trinity Workforce Solution Inc.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a professional who can provide administrative support in various capacities, including data entry, correspondence, and paperwork. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing calendars, and handling day-to-day office tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to ensure seamless operation of the office
  • Manage paperwork, documents, and other administrative tasks efficiently
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments as needed
  • Develop and implement effective systems for record-keeping and filing
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field; preferably in Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with paper work and office procedures is preferred
Working Conditions:

The ideal candidate will be based in MOA Pasay City and must be willing to work ASAP. We offer a competitive salary package, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is around P250,000 - P300,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include opportunities for professional growth and development, a dynamic and supportive work environment, and a comprehensive compensation package.
