About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Your Go to Recruiter. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a key role in supporting our business operations.

Key Responsibilities

The Business Operations Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance team, including:

  • Assisting in financial management by preparing and reconciling accounts payable and accounts receivable;
  • Preparing and sending invoices to debtors and following up on payments;
  • Processing payroll and maintaining accurate records;
  • Providing reports and analytics to inform business decisions;
  • Supporting office and administrative management by implementing contracts, coordinating with external contractors, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable procedures;
  • Strong administration skills, including data entry and record-keeping;
  • Proficiency in Excel and other relevant computer applications;
  • 1-3 years experience in accounts receivable/accounts payable and general accounting;
  • A commitment to service excellence and strong communication skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, plus benefits, including medical, loans, and miscellaneous allowance. Our working hours are Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm, with overtime and holiday pay available. We also offer casual attire and opportunities for professional growth and development.
