About the Role
Jaber Resolution INC. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and communicative individual to assist with various HR-related tasks, including on-boarding new hires, scheduling employee training, and facilitating the leave of absence process.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the on-boarding process for new hires, including orientation and introduction to the team
- Schedule and facilitate employee training, maintaining accurate records
- Manage the leave of absence process for all employees
- Coordinate the processing of time cards and submit payroll information to the Accounting Department
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department as needed
- Prepare and distribute HR correspondence to managers and employees
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field (advantage)
- 1-2 years of experience as an HR Admin/Coordinator
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Estimated Salary
The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
