Debt Collections Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage aged debt reports, process client payments, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate and review comprehensive debt reports
- Process receipts and match them with corresponding payments
- Communicate with clients regarding outstanding invoices
- Negotiate payment commitments and follow up for timely payments
- Conduct thorough credit checks on new clients and update credit limits
- Establish new client accounts and ensure accurate records
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve payment discrepancies
- Monitor and report collection progress to senior management
- Proven experience in credit control or accounts receivable
- Exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Knowledge of credit checks and debt collection processes
- Attention to detail and accuracy
