Project Coordinator Job

Coordinate projects from initiation to completion.

  • Support senior project managers in monitoring project progress and adjusting schedules, resources or deliverables as needed.
  • Manage project timelines budgets and resources effectively.
  • Prepare and update project documentation including status reports project plans and action item lists.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders for clear communication and project alignment.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables closely.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues promptly.
Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project meetings by preparing agendas taking minutes and following up on action items.
  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors as needed for project requirements.
  • Maintain project documentation in a structured and accessible manner.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience in project management or coordination is highly valued.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities is necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are required.
Preferred Skills

Skills Advantage:

  • Project Management Certification: Familiarity with certifications like PMP CAPM or PRINCE2 is an advantage.
  • Experience or knowledge in Agile Scrum or other iterative project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project Asana Trello Jira or Monday.com.
