Project Assistant

Must have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or relevant field required.
Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience in the industry.
Must have communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Description:
- Coordinates with local and regional vendors for store construction, renovation and repair requirements, including quotations, material samples and schedules.
- Creates and manages project timelines, budget trackers, and progress reports to ensure smooth execution and regional compliance.
- Reviews technical drawings and secured approvals through coordination with contractors and regional teams.
- Handles logistics for store openings, including shipment tracking, warehouse coordination, fixture delivery, and installation scheduling.
- Supported store openings by assistant with merchandising, taking completion photos, and compiling punch lists for contractor rectification.
- Assisted brand teams with post-project rebilling and capitalization processes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
