About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt responses to technical support requests while maintaining a professional demeanor
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network problems
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and escalate issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the system to track progress and improve processes
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and support procedures to provide informed assistance
  • Ensure that customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively to build trust and loyalty
Requirements
  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a call center environment
  • Ability to work from home with a high-speed internet connection
  • Strong command of the English language with excellent communication skills
  • Typing speed of at least 20 WPM
