Technical Support Specialist

This role is ideal for a highly motivated and results-driven professional who can provide exceptional customer support via various channels. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to handle technical issues with software and hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Delivering outstanding customer service through phone, email, chat, or other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.

Troubleshooting: Assisting customers in resolving technical issues by providing step-by-step guidance, troubleshooting, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when necessary.

Product Expertise: Developing and maintaining in-depth product knowledge and expertise to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of technical support experience
  • Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)
  • A strategic thinker to understand the products and services provided by customers they will be supporting
  • A creative thinker to develop innovative ideas and solutions that enhance processes and workflows
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Basic technical support background
  • Experience in handling chats, emails, and calls
