Service Desk Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate technical support to clients through response to incoming calls, instant messaging, and email queues.

You will document incidents and requests reported from the client, troubleshoot issues, and escalate problems following the proper escalation process. Your excellent oral and written communication skills will enable you to provide exceptional customer service to all clients.

In this role, you will also utilize the Knowledge Base to research, resolve, and respond to incidents and requests received in a timely manner. You will have the ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly, working in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tier one technical support for clients through various channels
  • Document incidents and requests accurately
  • Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues
  • Utilize the Knowledge Base to resolve incidents and requests
Requirements
  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum 1-3 years experience in a Help Desk/Service Desk or other IT role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changes quickly
