Remote Allied Health Services Payroll Specialist Position

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our remote allied health services team.
This is a part-time, remote position that involves accurate and timely payroll processing for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, proficiency in using Employment Hero and advanced Microsoft Excel, as well as excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Process payroll on a fortnightly and monthly basis.
- Maintain up-to-date employee data using Employment Hero.
- Submit compliance documentation to the relevant authorities.
- Process termination payments and reconcile leave entitlements.
- Follow up on employee expenses and timesheet approvals.
- Respond to staff queries clearly and promptly.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a payroll role within a medium to large organization.
- Proficient in using Employment Hero and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and high accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.
