Expert Payroll Specialist - Remote Work Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our international payroll team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering accurate and timely payroll for our Australian clients while providing exceptional client service.

Your primary responsibility will be to process and review payroll for Australian businesses with 100% accuracy, ensuring compliance with all local regulations and security standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and review payroll for Australian businesses with 100% accuracy.
  • Prepare payroll reports and ensure timely submission.
  • Assist clients with payroll queries, adjustments, and compliance issues.
  • Collaborate with payroll partners and clients to ensure a seamless payroll experience.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and become their trusted payroll advisor.
  • Identify and report any risks, errors, or compliance concerns related to payroll processing.
  • Follow information security guidelines to protect sensitive payroll data.
Requirements
  • Qualifications:
  • 1-4 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or finance.
  • Hands-on experience with Australian payroll is essential.
  • Familiarity with Fair Work, superannuation, tax, and other Australian payroll regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to 100% accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service mindset – approachable, helpful, and solutions-oriented.
  • Proficient in Excel and able to work with payroll data confidently.
