Accounting Operations Manager Job Opportunity

This role is critical to our organization, overseeing all daily accounting functions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage Accounting Operations: Oversee the management of expenses, fixed assets, leasing, intercompany transactions, and financial reporting to maintain the integrity of financial data.
  • Supervise Subsidiary Accounting: Directly supervise accounting activities for subsidiaries and work with third-party accounting firms to ensure compliance with US GAAP.
  • Analyze Financial Data: Review and analyze intercompany accounts, post subsidiary trial balances, and perform variance analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare Financial Reports: Prepare monthly and year-end financial reports, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Enhance Processes: Lead continuous improvement efforts by identifying solutions to enhance accounting processes and provide support for various ad hoc projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of US GAAP, financial controls, and working knowledge of forecasting and financial reports. They must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management and motivate others outside of their direct control.
