Financial Operations Manager

This role oversees the operations of Treasury Funds Improvement and Reports Team, ensuring timely releases of checks, petty cash, and promotions. It also involves overseeing the operation of Bank Management as requested by other departments, enrolling bank accounts, implementing account openings and closures, and evaluating checkbook reorder.
Responsibilities:- Ensure timely releases of checks, petty cash, and promotions.
- Oversee the operation of Bank Management as requested by other departments.
- Enroll bank accounts of sellers, suppliers, employees, and prime key buyers in AFTS and IDS ACA Facility.
- Implement bank account openings and closures for new and closed companies (both local and foreign banks).
- Evaluate and recommend checkbook reorder.
- Coordinate with various departments, banks, and signatories for immediate resolution of special requests.
- Ensure Audit findings are immediately addressed.
- Consolidate, monitor, and ensure Treasury Cash Management expenses are within approved limits.
- Recommend and execute process improvements (e.g., automation, simplified manual processes).
- Formulate and ensure detailed procedural manuals have proper control and updates.
- Recommend productive analysis from various reports.
- Recommend valuable inputs from various communications.
- Perform projects assigned by immediate head or management.
