Job Summary:

We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our team. As an FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle accounting processes, maintaining and reconciling the general ledger, performing hands-on transactional bookkeeping, and preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting and a proven track record in strategic financial planning and day-to-day accounting operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support business operations and financial planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle accounting processes, including month-end and year-end close
  • Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accurate financial reporting
  • Perform hands-on transactional bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to support strategic decision-making
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working as an FP&A Analyst, with a strong understanding of both strategic financial planning and day-to-day accounting operations
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting
  • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks (non-negotiable)
  • Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
