Job Description:

The FP&A Analyst plays a critical role in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and providing insights through forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to portfolio companies, guiding them in financial standards and best practices.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and executive presentations.
  • Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and dashboards that drive strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.
Qualifications Required:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or management consulting, with at least 2 years in the Financial Services Industry; experience in the operational side of private equity or investment sectors is beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field; an MBA or CPA is advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of GAAP and experience with financial reporting and analysis.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
