Energy Efficiency Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Energy Efficiency Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of our energy efficiency projects.

About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional who can contribute to our mission of providing innovative solutions for energy efficiency and sustainability.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in energy design, with experience working on MEP/FP engineering projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft 360 is essential, as well as knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are required, with the ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently.
Responsibilities
  1. Ensure compliance with energy efficiency standards for building projects.
  2. Prepare energy reports, including COMcheck, California Title 24/EnergyPro, Energy Gauge, Seattle/Washington State, and ASHRAE forms.
  3. Coordinate with clients and project teams to ensure alignment with green building goals.
  4. Develop documentation for LEED and WELL projects.
  5. Analyze and solve engineering problems using industry standards and calculations.
