Job Title: Maching Assistant
About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Maching Assistant to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding client requirements, assessing candidate profiles, and ensuring the best possible matches between opportunities and talent.
Main Responsibilities- Review client needs and job descriptions to identify ideal candidate matches
- Assess and screen candidate profiles, resumes, and skill sets
- Submit shortlisted candidates with accurate notes and details for internal review
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
- Maintain accurate records of candidates, clients, and placements
- Provide regular updates and feedback to clients and candidates throughout the process
- Proven experience in candidate sourcing and research
- Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly assess candidate fit
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use CRM tools
