- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including but not limited to Business Development, Marketing, and Product teams) to align partnership initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Develop tailored solutions that align with client objectives and company offerings.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Track and analyze client performance using data-driven insights to optimize the partnership.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on account performance and strategy to drive informed decision-making.
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions and adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Problem-Solving and Negotiation
- Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively while managing and mitigating risks in client relationships to ensure long-term success and stability.
- Negotiate contracts, renewals, and pricing with key clients.
- Innovation
- Recommend project and process improvement ideas and recommendations together with team members;
- Participate in the execution of approved Annual Department Plans or Strategies; and
- Operational Support
- Oversee administrative tasks for client operations, including but not limited to contract documentation, performance tracking, and compliance reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of client agreements and transactions, ensuring all paperwork and legal documents are up to date.
