Join Sunlight Air as a Business Development and Partnerships Officer,where you will assist the Manager in the planning and execution of partnership activities and initiatives to ultimately contribute to the department's marketing and sales goals. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Foster and maintain good working relationships with existing and potential partners to ensure maximization of partnership engagements for the mutual benefit of the parties.
  • Keep an active partnership leads (corporate/NGO/government) pipeline to increase airline's corporate footprint and avenues for additional revenue and brand exposure.
  • Actively ideate and propose business and product improvements to increase value proposition of the airline to the market.
  • Create optimized Vacations+ package to ensure contribution to departmental sales targets.
  • Assist the Manager in the daily operational and administrative requirements of the division.
  • Maintain an organized means and ways of working to ensure proper handling and execution of all tasks.
  • Proactively keep self abreast with industry news and updates through regular market research and update the team for recalibration of efforts as necessary.
  • Ensure smooth and productive working relationships with internal teams.
  • Professionally represent the division and the airline in internal and external endeavors.
  • Promptly attend to other work-relevant tasks assigned by the Manager in conjunction and in line with the main duties of the role like, but not limited to, contract review, routing of approvals, event participation, report generation, data gathering and market research.
  • Embody the airline's core values.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a relevant Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven background in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing, preferably within the Travel or Enterprise sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in Office and Administrative Management.
