Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned testing professional to lead our quality assurance efforts across projects. As the Lead Quality Analyst, you will drive the overall testing strategy and ensure that all project-wide quality standards are met.

You will oversee the implementation of testing processes, align testing goals with project objectives, and ensure adherence to timelines. The QA Lead serves as the primary point of contact for quality-related discussions with stakeholders and ensures that testing aligns with business objectives.

You will be responsible for team leadership, including assigning tasks and fostering collaboration among QA members. You will also ensure that all testing is thorough and effective, leveraging your expertise and leadership skills to deliver consistent results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement testing strategies that meet project objectives.
  • Oversee the development and execution of test plans and scripts.
  • Collaborate with developers and other team members to identify and address potential quality issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technologies.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience leading testing and quality assurance activities.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Experience using JIRA or similar tools for defect tracking and management.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
