Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the management of projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Utilize data analytics and AI-powered tools to optimize project performance and improve process efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance project outcomes.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on quality assurance best practices and provide guidance to team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 5 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a QA or engineering environment.
  • Background in QA, test automation, or engineering, with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
