Role Overview:

A dedicated Salesforce Administrator is required to oversee the effective utilization of Salesforce and ensure maximum efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding technical expertise and exceptional communication abilities, capable of engaging directly with internal stakeholders to comprehend their requirements and deliver high-quality Salesforce system administration.

  • Our organization seeks a seasoned Salesforce professional who can design, implement, and manage business solutions on the Force.com platform for the healthcare sector.
  • The successful candidate must create and manage Data Dictionaries, produce application flow charts, and provide detailed technical documentation.
  • They should define technical specifications to align custom applications with business needs and work within an Agile framework in a structured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) team setting.
  • Responsibilities also include conducting unit and integration testing as well as developing Distributed Integrations between Salesforce and proprietary Enterprise Applications.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

  • A minimum three years of Salesforce Administration experience is essential.
  • Proficiency in SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) is mandatory.
  • Expertise in Visualforce, Lightning Components, Aura Components, and Apex, with a focus on advanced Apex skills is necessary.
  • Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting and resolving complex logical issues is required.
  • Familiarity with Platform Events is desirable, with particular emphasis on Apex proficiency.
