We are seeking an experienced developer with a strong background in Salesforce and AI technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Agentforce, APEX, and LWC, as well as proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and XML.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining Salesforce applications using APEX and other Salesforce technologies. They will also analyze business processes and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.

In addition, the candidate will design, configure, and maintain Salesforce lab demo environments to support testing, demonstrations, and training sessions. They will manage Salesforce projects from conception to implementation, ensuring they align with business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience developing specifically for Salesforce, particularly in Sales & Service Cloud
  • Hands-on experience with Agentforce, including configuration and implementation
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and XML
  • Experience with data management and governance best practices, including privacy and consent
  • Detailed understanding of the development of modules within Salesforce and how those modules tie into a broader solution
  • Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal
