Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple brands and listings within 2-3 Amazon seller accounts, including Amazon PPC management, Amazon brand management, and creating, optimizing, and scaling Amazon PPC campaigns. They will also use tools such as Helium 10 to make informed decisions and manage bids, optimize ACoS, and track ROI.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage multiple brands and listings within 2-3 Amazon seller accounts.
  2. Create, optimize, and scale Amazon PPC campaigns (SP, SB, and SD).
  3. Use Helium 10 and other tools to make informed decisions.
  4. Manage bids, optimize ACoS, and track ROI.
  5. Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
  6. Create compelling ad creatives (image/video ads).
  7. Create KPI reports.
  8. Use flat files to create and edit listings.
  9. Optimize and perfect listing SEO.
  10. Monitor competitors to identify relevant developments.
  11. Manage and oversee product launches.
  12. Collaborate with designer to create new listing images and A+ content.
  13. Upload and update images.
  14. Daily checks to ensure all listings and videos are online and displayed correctly.
  15. Create and analyze ranking reports and proactively suggest optimization for listings and performance.
  16. Implement deal strategies and upload coupons to boost sales.
  17. Be highly organized and detail-oriented.
  18. Have a deep understanding of the Amazon FBA business model and key KPIs (CVR, traffic, sales, etc.).
  19. Possess strong English communication skills.
  20. Have advanced Google Sheets & MS Excel skills.
  21. Engage in active communication in our Slack channel.
  22. Be proficient in Helium10, Search Term Reports, and Excel.
  23. Be proactive in searching for ways to improve our listings and sales.

Requirements

  • Able to work at least 4 hours in the standard PST workday (9 am - 5 pm) per weekday.
  • Able to work 30-40 hours per week as needed.
  • Dual-monitor setup required (at least 8GB of RAM).
  • Good quality camera and microphone required.
  • Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed.
