Key Responsibilities
  1. Process end-to-end Philippine payroll.
  2. Perform and review various analyses and reconciliations.
  3. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  4. Process statutory deductions on time and pay employees accordingly.
  5. Manage new hires, terminations, and additional inputs from Upstream.
  6. Audit payroll registers shared by vendors and share observations if necessary.
  7. Finalize payroll before agreed timelines and pay employees on time.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  1. 5+ years of relevant experience in payroll and/or accounting.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  3. Flexible to work in shifts (including Saturdays).
  4. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting-related field.
