We are seeking a skilled Amazon Healthcare Finance Professional to join our team. As a member of our Revenue Cycle Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of medical claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle tasks via our offline chat using One Medical tools.
  • Oversee comprehensive revenue cycle management operations while ensuring compliance with healthcare billing regulations.
  • Assist administrators with member inquiries and do proactive reach outs to members with large balances.
  • Answer patient inquiries for complex billing cases and questions.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring exceptional customer service and compliance with industry standards.

Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable in RCM or US healthcare revenue cycle operations.
  • Knowledge of denial management and denial codes.
