  • Responsibilities
  • Resolve complex vendor inquiries in a timely manner, ensuring seamless communication with internal teams and vendors.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics for assigned processes, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Analyze underlying issues and implement root cause solutions to improve vendor relationships.
  • Manage vendor queries through proactive coordination with vendors and internal teams.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by responding promptly and accurately to both internal and external queries.
  • Efficiently manage queries and issues, escalating when necessary to senior leaders.

About the Requirements

  • BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 2 years graduate certificate in finance or a related field.
  • Proficient in French language and Microsoft Excel, Word.
  • Flexible scheduling and ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer service focus.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work with minimal supervision.

About the Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a similar role in Finance & Accounting as an Analyst or in a BPO industry catering to customer needs.
  • Preferably with Accounts Payable experience.
  • Desire to take responsibility and ownership for projects from day one.
  • Drive for continuous learning and self-development.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with fluency in other European languages an advantage.
