We are expanding our capabilities in the healthcare industry by creating the Healthcare Finance Operations Services. This role offers an opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are dedicated to driving financial improvement, scalability, and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of medical revenue cycle operations, including claims management and AR management.
  • Leadership experience in provider Revenue Cycle Management and Operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and developing mechanisms for operational adherence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant area of expertise in Healthcare RCM.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible revenue cycle management experience.
  • Experience leading cross-organizational discussions and working with a matrixed team of stakeholders.
