At Amazon, we're seeking an experienced AR FinOps Specialist to support our strategic customers in resolving billing issues and driving collection targets. As a successful individual, you will be self-motivated, with a keen eye for process improvements and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Full cycle accounts receivable past due balances, including research, analysis, and account reconciliations.
  2. Calls and resolution sessions to understand procure-to-pay cycles of our customers.
  3. Managing and resolving invoice discrepancies for timely and accurate receivables.
  4. Internal and external Accounts Receivable inquiries management.
  5. Maintain customer relationships through timely responses to internal and external questions and requests.
  6. Guidance on Amazon billing processes to provide to customers, identify defects, and drive resolution upstream of AR.
  7. Solving customer pain points and providing prompt, efficient, detailed service.
  8. Escalating when necessary to direct manager and/or senior leaders.
  9. Keeping detailed notes, task creation, and reminders in collections tools.
  10. Ambassador for top-tier customers and Sales Teams, reporting observed areas for improvement.
