Full-Time Intake Specialist Position

As an Intake Specialist, you will be responsible for gathering client information, inputting details into the case management system, and creating leads for account executives. This role offers opportunities for professional and financial growth in a dynamic work environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls to gather client information and input relevant details into the case management system.
  • Gather details regarding plaintiff information, attorney information, case types, prior litigation fundings, injuries/damages, liability, and insurance coverage to determine claim validity.
  • Enter all details and information into the case management system and create leads.
  • Assign leads created to account executives.
  • Provide excellent caller experience to clients.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative in a Business Process Outsource (BPO) environment.
  • Strong computer skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and internet skills.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules.
  • Attention to detail and strong typing skills (40 WPM).
  • Ability to prioritize workload and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent data entry and customer service skills.
  • Home Office Requirements:
  • Stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps postpaid speed.
  • Computer with at least 16GB RAM and Intel i5 core processor equivalent or up.
  • Noise cancelling headset.
  • Backup internet connection and power outage backup.
  • Dual monitor.
