Business Development Representative

About the Role:

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for driving market supply growth by engaging with small businesses and vendors. This involves introducing them to a home services marketplace, conducting training sessions, and managing sales operations.

This role requires daily calls to small businesses and vendors to communicate the value of joining the platform and supporting the vendor onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Reaching out to small businesses and vendors to introduce them to the home services marketplace
  • Managing and tracking outreach using a CRM system
  • Supporting the vendor onboarding process and handoff to internal teams

The Business Development Representative will work closely with senior management and have opportunities to grow within the organization.

Requirements:

  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Computer proficiency with hands-on experience using CRMs
  • Bonus points if you've worked in a marketplace, SaaS, or vendor-facing startup environment
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Strong work ethic and a passion for delivering results
  • Excellent communication skills (you will have to make calls/zooms with providers)
