Job Title: Voice Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Voice Technical Support Professional to join our team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with technical issues and product inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and resolving problems efficiently.
  • Conduct live product demonstrations to showcase features and functionality, highlighting the benefits of our products to clients.
  • Provide tech support and troubleshooting assistance, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions, maintain accurate records, and enhance overall customer experience.
  • Manage multiple client engagements, offering tailored solutions and support to meet individual needs and exceed expectations.
  • Maintain clear and concise documentation of interactions and resolutions, ensuring seamless communication among teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance via phone or email, responding promptly to customer inquiries.

- Conduct live product demonstrations to showcase features and functionality, demonstrating expertise and knowledge of our products.

- Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records, optimizing processes and improving efficiency.

- Manage multiple client engagements, offering tailored solutions and support to meet individual needs and exceed expectations.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field, with a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Strong ability to conduct product demonstrations and explain technical concepts in an accessible way, communicating effectively with diverse audiences.

- Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is highly preferred, with excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively across multiple client accounts, managing time and resources efficiently.

- Experience with CRM systems and support ticketing tools, with a self-motivated and proactive approach to delivering results.
