Solutions Architect

As a skilled Solutions Consultant, you will be expected to have a passion for solving customer problems through creative technical solutions. In this role, you'll be a technical expert, a strategic partner to sales teams, and a strong communicator.

Key Responsibilities:\

  1. Engage in functional & technical discussions with customers, understanding their requirements and pain points.
  2. Design and present solutions that demonstrate the product's value, addressing customer needs effectively.
  3. Conduct needs assessments and solution-finding sessions, including technical questionnaires, for customers with varying levels of complexity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:\

  • \
  • 2-4 years of experience in a Solutions Engineering or similar technical customer-facing role.\
  • Strong understanding of our product suite, including front-end and back-end functionality.\
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical product functional issues, sales processes, and propose solutions.\
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.\
  • Team-oriented mindset, working effectively with Sales, Customer Success, and other internal stakeholders.\
  • Ability to align technical solutions with customer needs and business objectives.
