As a seasoned IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our team members and management. You will be the ambassador of our company values and culture, ensuring that all processes align with our mission.
Key Responsibilities include being an advocate for Sharesource's brand and culture, communicating and upholding company values while protecting our best interests. Additional Key Responsibilities include planning proactively to ensure zero downtime in operations, providing excellent customer service for IT and management requests, continuously improving your IT knowledge through training and development, contributing ideas and solutions to the IT knowledge base, building strong relationships with management, clients, and team members, maintaining hardware, software, and network systems, managing and following up on open tickets, escalating unresolved issues to the IT Manager, evaluating current and upcoming hardware and software standards, participating in IT projects as assigned, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
