We are seeking a skilled Technical Customer Support Expert to join our team. As a key member of our customer support function, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing top-notch technical support and has a strong background in customer-facing roles.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via email, chat, or phone
- Act as a problem solver, utilizing your analytical skills to resolve complex technical issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Strong spoken and written English (at least C1)
- 1 year professional customer service experience or equivalent customer facing role
- Experience supporting customers via email, chat, or phone
- Passion for customer service and comprehensive issue resolution
- Tailor communication style to different audiences
- Knowledge of Office 360
- Experience with Zendesk, ServiceDesk, or Freshdesk
- Meet minimum typing speed of 40 WPM while chatting with customers
- Interest in ecommerce with previous experience leading ecommerce clients
