Role Summary

The Learning and Development Officer is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing leadership development programs, learning systems, and employee growth initiatives aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership Development
    • Conduct learning needs analysis and design targeted interventions to foster employee growth and skill development.
    • Deliver and evaluate leadership programs using appropriate learning modalities such as classroom training, online courses, and workshops.
    • Report learning outcomes and effectiveness to stakeholders ensuring the alignment of business objectives.
  • Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
    • Manage user accounts and learning records on SAP SuccessFactors and JFC Learning Web ensuring data accuracy and compliance with global LMS requirements.
    • Serve as the main liaison with regional and global L&D teams for LMS initiatives promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
    • Ensure timely execution and adherence to global LMS standards and best practices.
    • Consolidate and validate IDPs; curate learning solutions to meet business needs.
    • Source and evaluate external training providers to ensure high-quality content delivery.
    • Maintain accurate IDP records for analysis and decision-making purposes.
    • Lead implementation of regional and global L&D programs driving business results and employee engagement.
    • Represent the organization in global workgroups and localize program rollouts to achieve maximum impact.
    • Ensure high participation and alignment with strategic goals through effective project management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Learning Events & Project Management
    • Organize and manage learning events from planning to post-event evaluation ensuring seamless execution and positive participant experiences.
    • Oversee vendor sourcing and performance to deliver high-quality services and support.
    • Ensure budget adherence and achievement of learning objectives through effective resource allocation and project monitoring.
    Qualifications and Skills
    • A graduate degree in Psychology, Business, or Education is preferred.
    • Completed trainings in Learning Design and Development or Instructional Design are required.
    • At least five years of experience as a learning and development practitioner with a proven track record of success.
    • At least three years of experience in leadership development with expertise in program design and implementation.
    • Proficiency in end-to-end learning design and development, including the general functions of learning management systems.
    • Strong ability in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with an agile approach to technology adoption.
    • Self-starter with strong customer and stakeholder orientation, able to work effectively in a hybrid setup.
