Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field.
  • 7-10 years experience in progressive capacity with expertise in wellbeing and engagement.
  • Experience in project management from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Ability to align well-being initiatives with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and evaluate program outcomes using metrics like participation rates, feedback, and performance indicators.
  2. Serve as Subject Matter Expert and advocate for well-being across the organization.
  3. Manage stakeholder relationships and vendor partnerships to support program delivery.
