
Human Resources Business Partner

WSP, a world leading management and consultancy firm, currently has an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner Specialist to join their Enterprise People Team. Key accountabilities (but not limited to):Partner with leadership in people, culture and change management related activities. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to be able to influence outcomes in line with business goals.
Partner with a cross-functional group of subject matter experts within operations to design and execute the strategy for how the business staffs, onboards, develops, motivates, retains and organizes work. Requires a combination of hands-on and strategic reasoning and thinking, use of data to guide work, being comfortable challenging convention and, in some cases, influencing leaders. Provide insightful data to guide decision making and offer proactive solutions, solving problems and getting to the root cause of any issue, regardless of complexity.
Design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines, even those beyond human capital and organizational solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to analyze data, understand trends, including the development and monitoring of action plan for designated site/location develop recommendations for action based on the analysis. Ability to influence through strong relationships, expertise and data and can manage multiple stakeholders.
Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done. Strong sense of the importance of teamwork and collaboration. Superior communication skills and the ability to communicate large, complex change.
Display a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR matters. Ensure a consistently high standard of delivery for people related activities. Showcase a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
Shared Accountabilities:Comply with all role-specific SHEQ obligations. Lead and foster a good safety culture to ensure the safety and well-being of all staff within the team. Foster an engaged and high performing workforce, with a focus on mentoring, training and development.
Work collaboratively with colleagues from all parts of the WSP business. Ensure compliance with all corporate governance, business system, quality and risk management obligations. Achieve strategic initiative outcomes.Organisational KnowledgeUnderstanding of WSP's organisational structure and capability.
Knowledge of relevant systems, procedures and practices. Understanding of WSP's people policies and practices. Abreast of best practice employee engagement and employee relations research, trends and legislation.

Attendance at specific technical training courses, conferences and workshops. Project management training. Contributed to the resolution of workplace issues.
Experience in performance management issues. Developing experience in a consultancy environment. Built and maintained client intimacy.
Developing experience in monitoring and managing the scope of multiple projects of varying complexity and size. Developing experience in change management, largely in an M&A context.
