About the role

Walls in Motion, Inc. is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to join our dynamic team. In this full-time, on-site role based in Pasig City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, from talent acquisition and employee engagement to performance management and compliance. As a key member of our growing organisation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture and supporting our ambitious business goals.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures and practices to support the organisation's objectives
  • Lead the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and offboarding
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits, compensation and reward programs
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Partner with the leadership team to identify and address key talent management priorities
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive company culture
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reporting

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a consulting or generalist HR role
  • Excellent knowledge of Philippine employment laws and HR best practices
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships at all levels
  • Proven track record of leading successful HR projects and initiatives
  • Proficient in HR technologies and data analysis to drive informed decision-making
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • SHRM or CIPD certification is highly desirable
