Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Financial Operations Specialist to drive financial insights and identify areas for improvement across our business processes. This role is critical in driving operational efficiency while also analyzing financial performance.

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional with strong financial modeling and analytical skills. They will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic recommendations that support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ROI assessments.
  • Evaluate and analyze business and financial operations to identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to inform financial decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement process improvements that drive scalability.
  • Support strategic decision-making by assessing the financial impact of business initiatives across Product, Sales, and Operations.
  • Research industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices in SaaS and health-tech to inform financial recommendations.
  • Prepare clear, concise financial reports and presentations that communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with financial standards and internal controls.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a hybrid role combining both.
  • Proven ability to perform complex financial modeling and reporting at a high level.
  • Experience analyzing and improving business processes, with a strong understanding of operational inefficiencies.
  • Background in SaaS or health-tech industries preferred.
  • Proficiency with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Advanced skills in Excel, with experience in accounting/finance platforms such as QuickBooks and SQL-based analysis.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
