Job Title

A challenging opportunity exists for a Scheduling Manager to join our organization. As a Scheduling Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of logistics operations.

Responsibilities
  • Inventory forecasting is a critical aspect of this role. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to predict and manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the right products in stock at the right time.
  • You will also be responsible for managing inventory reconciliation between forecasts, budgets, and actuals, as well as monitoring new product and promotional sample forecasts.
  • Other key responsibilities include assisting line managers with review of monthly inventory, product mix analysis, and quarterly obsolescence analysis.
  • You will also prepare forecast versus actual analysis and work with line managers to review brands' next 3 to 6 months marketing calendar.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
