As a Project Scheduler Engineer, you will play a critical role in planning, developing, and maintaining project schedules of the Wind Turbine Project. Your expertise in scheduling tools and coordination will help ensure timely execution, early risk detection, and alignment with cost and resource plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent) across all project phases: development, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, procurement, and construction teams to gather input and update schedules regularly.
  • Monitor progress, identify delays, and provide early warnings and mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with cost and risk engineers to align the schedule with cost and risk forecasts.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, look-aheads, critical path analysis, and "what-if" scenarios.
  • Support schedule-related claims analysis, change orders, and delay impact assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate project controls standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to track progress and ensure alignment with project timelines.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of scheduling systems and best practices within the project controls team.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in project scheduling for infrastructure, energy, or EPC projects; renewable energy experience is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills; ability to work in cross-functional and fast-paced project environments.
  • Familiarity with earned value management (EVM), critical path method (CPM), and other project control tools.
  • Willing to relocate and report to Real, Quezon Province and open for 6x a week onsite.
