
Sales Associate

Sales Associate is primarily responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales within a retail environment. They act as the face of the company, building relationships with customers and contributing to the overall success of the store.
Customer Service:
Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed.
Answer customer inquiries and address concerns promptly and professionally.
Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Sales:
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
Participate in sales promotions and campaigns.
Store Operations:
Enhances sales through effective and creative use of salesmanship techniques.
Responsible for cash, credit and e-wallet sales handling in the store; immediately reports sales discrepancies to the area leader/store head.
Ensure compliance with cashiering processes and procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Conduct store inventory and provide reports to ensure that stock levels are healthy on a weekly basis.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on product features, benefits, and pricing.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the company's brand and values.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Vocational or Technical Training
Prior experience as a Cashier or in a similar role
Proficient POS/computer skills
Good oral and written communication
Strong customer service skills
