Quality Assurance Specialist - AR Claims

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of AR processes in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of U.S. healthcare revenue cycle management, AR follow-up, and quality assurance methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough audits of AR processes including follow-ups, denials, and payment posting to ensure compliance with client and internal standards.
  • Evaluate team performance by identifying errors, gaps, and areas of improvement through quality checks and audits.
  • Provide constructive feedback and corrective actions to AR team members to drive performance improvement.
  • Prepare detailed quality reports and dashboards for leadership and operations teams.
  • Collaborate with training and operations teams to align QA findings with process improvements and upskilling initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and client-specific compliance requirements.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of QA policies, procedures, and audit tools.
  • Identify trends in errors and recommend preventive measures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Quality Analyst or QA role in a healthcare BPO setup.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), End-to-end Claims processes in a healthcare BPO setup.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare RCM cycle, including insurance follow-up, denial management, and payment posting.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
