Expert Contact Center Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced engineer to lead the implementation of contact center solutions. The ideal candidate will have exceptional technical skills and knowledge in designing, developing, and deploying contact center systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of contact center projects.
  • Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of contact center systems.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to deliver exceptional service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve contact center solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent technical skills in software development, networking, and database management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Professional Services Implementation position with Contact Center industry experience.
  • BA/BS in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
