Business Development Representative

The JobWe are seeking a skilled Sales Associate who can plan and execute daily activities related to loan products at assigned retail stores or malls. The ideal candidate will promote all loan products to potential and existing customers, assist and facilitate BillEase customer loan applications and sign-ups, and safeguard all company assets issued within the scope of responsibility.
The successful candidate will also cultivate positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensure that marketing collateral is readily available and highly visible at the assigned retail store(s), and strive to meet or exceed monthly targets related to loan product sales.
In addition, the Sales Associate will provide exceptional customer service at all stages of the customer application process, proactively ask customers for referrals as part of the sales process, and identify opportunities to cross-sell other products to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute daily activities related to loan products at assigned retail stores or malls
- Promote all loan products to potential and existing customers
- Assist and facilitate BillEase customer loan applications and sign-ups
- Safeguard all company assets issued within the scope of responsibility
- Cultivate positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure that marketing collateral is readily available and highly visible at the assigned retail store(s)
- Strive to meet or exceed monthly targets related to loan product sales
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred
- At least 6 months of experience in sales or customer service, is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
