About the Role:
This role involves providing administrative support to a legal team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the improvement of operational processes and workflows.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing internal records, scheduling training sessions, and coordinating with staff members to ensure effective communication and decision-making.
A strong focus on organization, multitasking, and problem-solving is essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative support to the legal team, including coordination of tasks and maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records
- Implementation and improvement of operational processes and workflows
- Coordination and scheduling of training sessions for staff members
- Management and preparation of fortnightly schedules and reports, summarizing operational activities and progress on key initiatives
- Tracking and resolution of client conflicts, recording issues and monitoring resolution progress
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal or administrative support role
- Experience in operations support, record management, or client service an advantage
- Relevant certifications in administrative support or legal assistance beneficial
- Proficiency in office software (e.g. MS Office, Google Workspace)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
