Administrative Support Specialist

The Administrative Support Specialist at CCPC plays a vital role in promoting efficient office operations. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Organization: Coordinate and manage office procedures to maintain a well-organized work environment.
- Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting duties, including data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations.
In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a strong attention to detail and analytical mindset. Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting principles is essential for success in this role.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of related experience in an administrative or accounting capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a strong multi-tasking aptitude.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and solid understanding of accounting software.
- Ability to reside in Cagayan de Oro or Misamis Oriental area (an advantage).
- A competitive salary range: PHP 25,000 - PHP 35,000 per month, depending on experience.
