Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process vendor bills accurately and in a timely manner into multiple financial systems.
  2. Verify currency application for invoices, ensuring correct rates are applied.
  3. Review bill details, including amounts, vendor information, and account coding for accuracy.
  4. Maintain data entry to support accurate financial reporting and accounts payable processing.
  5. Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
  6. Assist in reconciling accounts payable records to ensure accuracy and completeness. Follow company policies and procedures for financial transactions and data management.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that will be working on a US shift from home. The role is responsible for managing high volumes of data entry in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Our ideal candidate will have prior experience in data entry, accounts payable, or finance administration, as well as proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Commonsku.

We are looking for a skilled professional who can manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize their work effectively, and maintain accurate records.

The selected candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
